60 Minutes - Targeted back, shoulder, and neck massage with stress busting aromatherapy and ultra relaxing hot stones to melt away the tension being held in the upper body.

60 Minutes - Face, Neck, Scalp, Hands, Feet. This soothing treatment focuses on melting you into pure relaxation! Includes manual lymphatic drainage for the face and neck, a thorough neck massage, scalp massage, and massage for the hands and feet.

60 Minutes - Manual lymphatic drainage stimulates the movement of lymph and encourages the formation of lymphocytes that produce antibodies, increasing the body's resistance to infections. Using a light touch, this treatment assists in reliving edema, swelling, and inflammation, while also providing pain relief and relaxation. One or two areas of the body will be treated per session depending on the needs of the client (face and neck, arms, abdomen, back, legs).

60 Minutes - In a standard treatment Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client. The client is laying on a massage table and remains fully clothed. The practitioner places their hands on or near the clients body in a series of hand positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet. Other, more specific positions may be used based on the clients needs. Chakra balancing is part of the treatment. The use of tuning forks, crystals, essential oils are included.

90 Minutes - Service for women only. Takes place on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed. Primarily stretching, palm compression, and acupressure points, the client will lay completely passive, allowing me to move them around for positioning and stretching. This is more of a generalized massage, so if you are looking for a treatment where we work on specific areas or specific concerns, I recommend selecting the Integrative Therapeutic Massage instead.

90 Minutes - Muscle scraping therapy is a technique that uses stainless steel instruments, using a scraping motion to treat muscle injuries, connective tissue injuries, loosen adhered scar tissue and promote healing. Benefits include faster recovery, improved range of motion, decreased pain, decreased scar tissue formation, improved posture, smoother and healthier looking skin, and stimulating collagen production. Treatment includes half of the body at a time - Your choice of upper body, lower body, front side of body, or back side of body.

60 Minutes - For the mother-to-be in her second or third trimester who needs some relief, this is an exceptionally relaxing massage that incorporates deep work in troubled areas and returns the body to a homeostasis condition.
